Granary level 25 disappeared. Returned to level 24 after using the accelerators.
2 seconds after reaching level 25 waiting 1 week and more the granary and back to level 24. Drawings and resources missing Tiket opened on 6 but still no response.
I had bought a special package just for the drawings and to bring magazines and granaries to 500k of resources.
Someone know why 3:)

Are you looking at the correct building? There are 3 total. Can you send me a screen shot of this?

Hi, Lord. In case you opened a ticket, our support team should answer you. As I can see in our database, you have two Barns of lvl.21 and one of lvl. 24. So it seems that your Barn wasn't upgraded to lvl.25.
The granary has been upgraded to level 25 to hold 500k of food but a few seconds later it has returned to level 24 . I have waited a week to take it to level 25

If you can look at the database from a level 24 to level 25 before 06.03.2019 at 00.44 I opened the tiket because the barn was back to level 24.

I carefully checked our database and I can see that you upgraded one of your Barns from lvl.23 to lvl.24 on March 5, 23:36 UTC time (the upgrading process was completed exactly at that time).
I couldn't find any information that you upgraded your Barn to lvl.25 at the specified period of time.I see the barns at level 24 after i apply the upgrade the food was near 300k and i see for few second the capacity of 500k ... At that time i must have the barns at level 25 ... For some time on the granary i can see need about 800 draw for upgade and not465 like from level 24 to 25 please read the ammount of draw payed for the upgrade i ve upgraded the barns to level 24 before after i upgraded to 25 and wait 1 week and completed few hour with timepaper ...
I see the granary pass to level 24 at level 25 total amnount of storage food 500k and after returned at 24 i m bot crazy XD ... It s a true story because i buy a package for especialy upgrade store and granary ...please see how many draws i ve pay ... I m sure of this ... If you can send me a log or a private mex or explain how i can charge a screen
