Tech Support is not responding to my ticket

One of the tech support guys agreed to refund me 20% on a purchase. Now, the purchase has been made but five days have passed and he hasn't responded. Suggestions?

Gandalf - thank you. I play on phone and am not seei g option to paste screenshots from clipboard. Is there an email I could send them to?  If not, I could send screenshots to computer and try to access this forum that way. I just haven't ever done it that way.


I would like your help though, as another day has passed without a response.

So can you please explain again what is this 20% refund regarding? Was it somewhere mentioned in the package that you purchased?

Gandalf, I appreciate you sticking with this. I'm scratching my head because my Lightshot app shows five screenshots, but the web address shows only one. Seems like I'm spinning my wheels to get the ones that showed 'uploaded' onto the website.


Hopefully I will square it away soon.

While I sort out Lightspot app I would like to ask you something. Since all the screenshots I'm trying to publish are in an open ticket in-game, are you not able to access that ticket? Since Andrew is the name of person who has 'vanished' couldn't he just be contacted?


Now that I've asked that let me guess. The Rumble Player Support website shows Plarium as existing in multiple countries, so I can guess that you physically cannot do.the things I mentioned above. Is that true?

Again, appreciate your time. I am interested in more that just 2000 or so sapphires: it's the long term understanding of how things work. I hope to learn so future issues will not be as time consuming/frustrating/satisfactorily resolved, as were several of my historical cases.

Hello Zamioc, We moderators here don't have access to tickets and no direct link to the Support team nor I can access your castle. But I can get help if needed and get things sorted out.

Andrew is a general name given to customer support.

I know its a pain to explain things again but you will have to do it again here for me to understand.

For the lightshot web links you will need to send me separate links for each screenshot but I am not sure of this.

I’ve been opening tickets for almost a month now about my missing items I finally got a response today and they said for me to come here I hope some one is refunding my 14 red champion orbs and my 4 hour doable xp booster for champion ???? And when can I get my v.i.p
