Hi Derandere, in order to be able to properly answer your question could you please send screenshots showing the issues you mention. Accessing Coalition membership is done through applying to the Coalition and they decide whether or not to accept your League into the Coalition. Generally it is best to send an in game message to the Coalition Leaders expressing your wish to join. I hope this helps.
