Having major issues logging in to all servers. It asks for login and password and sends me back  to server i was just on

I am no longer full time in my league. It shows me in it til I try to do something league related then I'm not in a league and I should join one

I have updated and now although it shows me in ancient aliens it doesn't let me participate in league events says I need to join a league I've been in it forever

I just opened a reward for a tourney and to my surprise got 50% of the achieved reward 

also noticed that it only happens in tourneys w multiplier (aka the x 2 or 2.2 was not applied) 


why?

Rewards should be calculated correctly, please cross check in next tournament and take some screen shots for reference.

Hello, Romir. That's a strange situation. I've checked the rewards adding on my game account and everything is fine. Sure, it will help if you have some screenshots which show the issue.

I am sorry to hear that you faced an issue in the game. Could you please specify it in more details so that we can better assist you? If you receive an error, please send a screenshot of it and specify actions performed before you receive it.

How come every time you guys update this game...it gets harder to start it or update it?


Apparently, I need to "Install" the game when I already had it installed. I go to "Install" the game and all I get is "Pending" with a new notification showing that I am trying to install/download the game. However, it just sits there in Pending and there is no downloading whatsoever.


Please get your shit together and fire the QA staff that somehow checks or verifies a new update or patch.
