Question about lost arts
Hi.
I see lost arts can add a 40% bonus to a unit but level 1 adds 0%
Bonus increases by 2% so level 20 should add 38%
Does level 19 add 36% and level 20 add 40% ?

Yes, level 20 gives 40%. And as you say, there are several lost arts which are like that. They increase by 2% up to level 19 which is 36%, and then the final step gives a 4% improvement to 40% at level 20.
