Online chat with Plarium's Community Manager has started! December 28

When we the players been asking over, and over, about the future of Stormfall and what happens after flash. We get told, "we working on it". That is not really a good assurance for the future. If Plarium want the players to invest into the future fo Plarium, you need to start show us a future to invest into.

When looking at your new game you promote on this very forum: EXILE. On their page they posted some art assets and such, and some info about using Unity engine. This is a very flexible engine, and can be used on a wide range of platforms. Why does it get limited on mobile only if not for a set pay system? Also using off the shelf assets from the Unity store to just modify rather than make from scratch up yourself. Just put down the groundwork for a dissapointing experience if the players can recognize assets used in other games. It does kinda give a low budget feeling.

Anyways, back to Stormfall, why can't we be shown what is being worked on in regard of Stormfall at same level as this EXILE game? Give us at least a indication something is being worked on other than "we are working on something".

I know you said in another thread that the team working on EXILE just did it to show what they are working on, but why can't the ones working on stormfall do something of the same. And please, some youtube video with some people talking is not that usefull. Show us the future and we will invest into it. Plarium got an very awfull "Derek Smart'esqe" appraoch to development and the community. There is room for improvement. (In case you wonder who Derk Smart is, you could use google. Funny I came across him over 2 decades ago, the same time it would actually take to make about 58k dragons, seeing players with 400k of them that would take some 140 years or so to make.... put perspective into the unbalance of this game)...

What would the migration be from one engine to the other? Will we be able to carry our assets in form of items, troops, sapphires, experience, etc and so forth over? Some players put down a lot of money into your game at the level of being ridicilous (but that is their choice). If they can't carry that "value" with them over to a new engine they would end up get screwed hard tbh. Or would it just be some extended downtime one day, then login as normal and have a somewhat different interface but all our player data still there intact with all our assets?

And for last, the current beacon map.... is a result of Plariums wisdom... Happy about how things unfolded?. Can you addmit you did something terrible to the game? And more so, any intentions at all to fix it? If Plarium object to or reject the current state as any of their doings. Maybe a reality check is in order.

Hello!

As you already said, the reply to this question was given in one of your other threads.

Exile is a different game, it's only in the development process and it's easy to show what is going on.

For Stormfall nothing will be changed in terms of mechanics. It will be a technical change that will make improvements to the game performance. 

All your Castles and achievements will be saved.

As for Beacons, as I already said it before, the only change that can be added in the future is adding an attack limit.

Has Plarium ever considered creating a "coiner" tier for tournaments? Or even maybe a VIP tier since VIP members are 99% big spenders... Creating separate tiers for those players with sickening numbers of offense and defense would level the playing field a bit and even increase player involvement.

Nope, we won't create any tier that will separate players who are using in-game purchases and who don't.

Can you give us a teaser of the great new league updates (or any other updates) that are planned for the first part of 2018?  It has been alluded to that there were some big things coming.  What kind of things are coming? I think we all need some more incentive to stay with the game. Having some anticipation of some good coming in the near future would go a long way in helping maintain some significant veteran presence.

es ist ja toll das es bei plarium derart viele begrenzungen gibt


aber einige sind mehr als sinnlos und andere viel zu gering


als folge sieht man schon auf server 1 das dort lichttürme eher keinen sinn mehr machen da dort niemand eine halten/ leveln kann


nun ist es auch auf server 2 soweit


die 2 dominanten ligen verhindern den aufstieg anderer und den ausbau von LTs


eine derartige dominanz zerstört das game denn wer möchte denn investieren wenn er eh nach kurzer zeit alles verliert


klar sind geldspieler enorm wichtig aber wer unbegrenzt einheiten haben kann und sie einsetzen kann     der ist nicht wirklich zu schlagen und bestimmt das game (was auch wirklich geschieht)


ist das im sinne von plarium ??

unbegrenzt einheiten haben und einsetzen können ??

wo ist da taktieren zB mit "futter"  warum eigentlich futter könnte auch blech sein als baumaterial denn wenn ohne futter einheiten 100% power haben .....

warum sinkt die power ohne futter nicht auf 10%  

dann wäre das game ausgeglichener

I agree with this... especially for those who are not coiners. I've seen a MAJOR decrease in involvement of those players who are not big time spenders. Although some of those players with their alts support the game, in the past year and a half I've been playing, the quality and enjoyment of the game has significantly decreased because of these players :(

Regarding the Beacons, devs are thinking about adding an attack limit, but I don't have their reply yet on this question.

As for Food consumption, the feature when Units were dying when it's negative was removed per players requests.

At the moment, if your Food is -100k, you can't speed up the Unit training queue.

You mean FORCE/strength in the Units equivalent?

It can change pretty fast and it's not a stable data to base Tiers on it.

As for Food consumption, the feature when Units were dying when it's negative was removed per players requests.

At the moment, if your Food is -100k, you can't speed up the Unit training queue.
Wouldn't it be nice if when food is at -100k a player could not train troops immediately (i.e. buy them/ revive them). Having them not desert for lack of food production is fine enough (they could just get slower and weaker because of hunger) but being able to continually increase is against the laws of nature.

House of scrolls is supposed to decipher scrolls faster when upgraded. I have not noticed scrolls being deciphered any faster at level 21 as level 1. Still only get one scroll a day. Why waste my resources upgrading to last level if it doesn't change anything?

You mean FORCE/strength in the Units equivalent?

It can change pretty fast and it's not a stable data to base Tiers on it.

Im quite sure you can do a simple database query on actual player strenght when it comes to offense/defence at time of a tournament. It would be a lot better than just pitch level vs level as you more prone to pitch players with nothing vs players with everything.

wenn einheiten trotz nahrungsmangel 100% stärke haben ist nahrung völlig überflüssig

die begrenzung ist es ebenfalls denn wer -100K hat der ist ein banker und kauft einfach neue einheiten

und schon gibt es da kein limit mehr


wenn einheiten ohne futter nur 10% an stärke hätten wäre es ein taktisches verfahren wie man etwas baut und würde das gleichgewicht im game zu anderen geldspielern zumindest annähern


ohne futter sterben in anderen spielen einheiten hier .. passiert da gar nichts die sind auch ohne futter 100% stark   

das geht gar nicht  eine ECHTE einschränkung die spürbar ist wenn man unendlich einheiten haben kann muss her
