what happened to tournament schedules where are they at ?


what is the time each draw last for ?


will there be other events running with the holiday exp one ? and will they be special too ?

Hello, Mary Christmas and Happy New Year...

I think that Prize Draws are great addition.

Is it possible to draw epic rewards more often and will you organize bigger lottery for Christmas or New Year?

Hello! :)


1) Posting of Tournament schedules was one of the ways to inform our players about upcoming events. We've stopped doing this for now, however, there's a chance that we'll publish them again in future.


2) Usually, the Prize Draws lasts untill all tickets are purchased. However, there are situationts when the activity is low. In such cases it closes earlier and Sapphires are moved back to owners. So there is no particular time for its duration.


3) Of course, we always try to surprise our players by adding some special holiday events and quests.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, I'm glad you like it


We're not planning to add any special Prize Draw for Christmas, however, we always prepare something special for holidays in other gameplay aspects :)


As for the rewards in Prize Draw, it's quite new feature, so there is a chance that rewards might be reconcidered in future. But it's just my thoughts ;)

Hello, can i ask why plarium and its minions trying to chase players away while squeezing out every dollar out of them in the process?

OK, why was lord mark not helped even though he had his troops stolen because of something that was broken in BG, And the reason it got pushed out of sight by way of a ban for him.


He was made to feel reduntant because the people who were in charge of the situation were nothing but cads in every way.


There you go i didnt mention anyone by name so i cant of offended anyone.

How come an "out of sync" regarding rewards a mechanic working as intended?  This got replied to Lord Mark from Plarium. So...why?

Lord Stewart, I gave a reply about this situation. I asked Lord Mark several times to contact our Support team and give all information regarding his situation with Battlegrounds because it's one of Support team's responsibilities - to check such reports. And only they make decisions regarding such cases. We don't investigate such situation in public because we don't want to disclose persnal information.


I case we aware of any issue, we make an announcement and warn our players.

i agree with lord mark if here on forums we cant help and support tream says 

"The mechanics of Battlegrounds is thoroughly tested by our QA team at all stages. We exclude the possibility of any irregularities and break-downs in their functioning.

Thus, this matter is not attributable to the categories of issues which are considered by our specialists."


then where he should go ??
