Yes we have to exclude players over level 100, Because they are in the end game, so don't play as often and will not provide any meaningful significant help to lower level players. 

In fact we will just be dragging those players down.

Due to some minor setbacks We have to announce the winner of Rainbow Nation 2 league now.

Nope, from the free website. 

Most of the applicant where not ingame, I had to run a little marketing on camp, and in local newspaper. But yah. now rocking 500 ''non plarium existent players''. Sad, there is no way of contacting them back.
