#4 - Yes the Marshal can close down the Academy and block random joins. Especially good for leagues that have less inactive players and are a beacon league or league that want full control over who joins and who does not.

Hello, my Lady :)
Leagues with 51+ members have the additional fifth step in League Quests and by completing it they receive additional Reward pack.
If your League has less than 51 member, it's the reason why you don't have this additional step.
if you look at the top 200 leagues most cant make 100 members now
the top ones are full of alts to make them look bigger than what thay are ????
thats how bad its become on here ????
and where are all the new members ???? there arnt any its a dead game
if you starting a new league take it from a 4 year player here

It is sad because our league is small as we have opted for quality over quantity and have only active players and no alts.

It will then have to be the price we pay to not ever receive that chest.
Don't be upset, my Lady because you have League full of your true in-game friends
