have been subjected to continued attacks &sieges by player who has vowed to drive me from game because wont 'bow' to him ; all this has gone on DAILY , multiple times -even now- has spread lies & even threats , for 2 months + now , & trying to report , get none.
Why is that allowed to happen BEYOND circumstances of gameplay , much less continue to worsen

My own personal way of getting rid of attackers even the big coiner ones is send 1 troop at a time as re inforcement to the attackers castle, 110 troops of any type then I just recall them, does the job everytime for me anywaysYeah I've done that before to bug people as well. It usually works :P
If this player sends you offensive letters, you can send me their screenshots and his cords.
I will take the required measures. Usually, in such cases we do the following:
1. Send the warning.
2. If it's ignored, ban the opportunity to send Letters for 3 days.
3. If the player keeps on doing it, ban him for 3 weeks.
4. If it doesn't work as well, ban "sending letters" feature permanently.

Instead of reinforcements, I have in the past sent 1 pike at a time at the leagues Beacons. That gets a quicker response as it annoys their entire league.
