Hero Equipment selling Item

Ok, I really always promise myself I am gonna ignore the forum as it has absolutely shown to have no use of my time. But then once in a while something drags me back.


Seriously now, this is what devs have been working on?

While we all have had so many real, concrete suggestions and requests piling up?


In the meantime, my PM's are still getting deleted faster than I can type 'em, I am still getting daily wraith PM's, our chat still gets cleared out whenever devs decide to have a supposed brain fart, and Alina still owes me 2K saphs after 3 direct messages.


Come on Aristocrat. This aint rocket science for Balur's sake. (waiting for ban)

I am so done my troops will not be going anywhere until I can play this game without lag and/or freezing


I cannot perform basic tasks at this point without the game freezing on me


NO its not my computer, I have cleared cache, run diagnostics, optimized my pc etc etc etc

Yeah seriously. If I had 500 million to waste, I'd rather make sure my money is way better spent.


All I am seeing is a clusterferk of epic proportions.


Yet here we all are day after day. Sad really.

Just more useless data and UI clutter.    There is no need for instant buttons when BOOSTS already exist.

The game has gotten harder and harder to play. I haven't logged at server 1 in over 8 months and did anything beyond logging out immediately. 

Is becoming harder to play, because the game has gotten too difficult. Too boring, too unrealistic. 

I am going back to hunting poachers

Buying the instant sell item is significantly cheaper than buying boosts for most items.  So the new feature might save you some saphs (assuming you buy boosts at full price to sell your items faster).

First of all, I'm sorry for not adding Reward to your account in time. I've just done it now. 

As for bug fix and adding new features, we have separate teams working on it. If they add smth new to the game, it doesn't mean they're not working on the bugfix.

As for clearing up chats and deleting PMs, I couldn't reproduce any of them from my side :(

Game crashes and freezes have just cost me over 1.5 million troops :( You cant play this game without an open wallet it would appear.
I would appreciate it if they could be resurrected or you put 2 million gold in my account to allow me to resurrect them.

But i guess that the company would rather i spent real money on their packs again?

Why is it that updates are not pre-tested before they are rolled out onto a live server? surely they can be tested first? You are really 'T' ing off a lot of players here and its about time your customers were considered.

if your going to do this, in the future I would appreciate a serious gift of gold into the account rather than an arbitrary set of nonsense.

I hope you can deal with my request above, but i wont hold my breath. As others have stated, your support here is anything but adequate, and response times seem to be around the pathetic mark.

Even your support site has crashed today for the last few hours and cant be contacted. Not very good is it?

 Eh lots of companies shut down on the weekends.  It's not quite as common for gaming companies, but not exactly surprising.

While I can understand it, I think it's inexcusable.

The games run 24/7. The heaviest use is probably on the weekend. 

It isn't rocket science to work shifts / provide cover from the weekend. You just have to care enough about the products and the customers to put them first and put yourself out a bit.

They are making money 24/7, so why not provide service 24/7. That doesn't have to be 24/7 for every little customer service questions but keeping the servers up should be seamless.

Give Plarium some credit these games aren't often down and run reasonably bug free (but then they are really simple games). But if they go down at the weekend it takes a long time for things to be fixed.
They do seem to have some kind of emergency support team that can respond if the server goes down, but they don't process regular customer service requests.

Hello!
Community managers don't work on weekends, that's true. But part of Support department, as well as part of VIP team, are working even during weekends. 
Their response time can be slower than in regular days, but they're still checking tickets and VIP chats.
If there are some massive complaints in the Groups or on Forums, moderators have an emergency phone where they can report such cases and CMs will forward them for further investigation.
