character deletion

account deletion...would like to know why it happened? Account name Ericson server Farswol's crown i was a direct connect to plarium.com...

and why when i tried to go to tech support did i get 20 screens of cars signs and is this a road when i am clearly logged into the same account that was deleted... and still not allowed to request why this happened... you don't want to fix it i will be fine with reversing the 500 or so charges to my crediit card won't bother me in the slightest i am getting really tired of the issues here for a game in its 9th year this should be running like a well oiled machine not freezing up dropping items losing accounts and so on...

as lord ironapex said you could be transported to other server in which you have to begin again, please check the server you have all your progress done clicking on the name of the server. The name you can find it on top screen at the right of your castle name and coordenates.

That would be great but since you require that i be in game to get the data that comes off the bottom left of the help menu to actually submit that form it won't work. so once again i am back to this forum... i did actually try that before see i have a copy of that info in my autocomplete and that info have been rejected in every attempt to contact your help desk so you wonder why i am frustrated by the time i post in here

as far as logging into a server it never gives me a choice it rams me straight into my server...in this case yes the wrong server...and under the wrong name...

Patrick, did you try clicking on the server name when you're logged in? Yes, you land on one server right away when you open the game. You can change server once you are in the game by clicking on the server name on top of your game screen. That click should open a window where you can select the server to which you want to change. You will have to reload after each server change.

i tried it just to keep you people happy... but you are not looking at the issue of my account is not being reconized because it is different going  in since its apparently deleted...interestly enough same day i made a new investment in this game...

Your account is not deleted and it's still present in the game, on server 3:



The only reason why you can't access it is that you logged in to the wrong server as it was said in the comments above.

When you enter the game, please make sure you are in the third server:




As for sending a report to Support team, while filling in the form, you need to add only this information in "Your game ID or coordinates" field:

pp39862838

All other information should be deleted.
