The Private messages of Lord Oberon were closed more than 2 months ago as he is focused on the other aspects of the game at the moment.

I thought Oberon was a She. When did he become a He. Did she do a gender exchange.

Oberons message were closed because plarium have changed its functions and work system in the forum. Basically Oberon now works as Global community manager and reply to CM associated complains. 

And he is a she, unless if she was fired.

So now Alina runs amok with her trolling and our only recourse is to wade through the levels of muck and red tape to get through to support only to be told "everything is working as intended".

this is absolutely the worse customer service ever.

As you can see, there is no need to wade through the levels of muck and red tape to contact the Support team. 

Also, any complaints you have about CM or moderators should have been sent to Support team even before Oberon's PM was closed: https://www.screencast.com/t/Bd3jWD68r3S

So, nothing has been changed in the way of sending such complaints.
