FIRST OF ALL, there is no (REPEPT NO) algebra for this problem.  If there was, then two of the pictures would be side by side and you would multiply first.  YOU do the puzzle as given.

SECOND OF ALL, two of the players are correct about 4 arrows NOT 5 arrows in the quiver. This is a trick by the administrator to see if you are looking.

THEREFORE, THE CORRECT ANSWER IS TO DO THE LINE IN ORDER AS GIVEN.

One quiver of 4 arrows PLUS one helmet at 17 equals 21 TIMES one double axes at 9 equals 189.

THEREFORE, the FINAL answer is 189.
