Temple of War - Negative Friends Count- Cannot unlock slot

Anyone know why, if I try to unlock a slot in the temple of war- I get this result "Invite -62 friends or ..."

Seems like some visual issue. Please perform Standard Loading Troubleshoot and if the issue persists, let us know.

It is because this is the ex-kabam server and plarium never updated it after transfer to plarium.com

On kabam it was never possible to add friends, but plarium have ignored this problem on farwol

We have exactly the same problem with any feature which uses friends, like FREE castle expansion

We should be able to unlock these slots for free using existing friends

We have complained many times, but have been told we must Invite Friends which is rubbish (but the situation on other servers is just as bad)
The Invite Friends function was designed for facebook and does not work on plarium.com, except for those creating new alt accounts to feed the House of Unity

Castle expansion = note the Friends button on Dark Plains which is missing from Farwols

I have resolved the issues with your Temple of War. All slots should be unlocked now.

Toggit:

The issue is related not only to ex-Kabam servers. If you are also experiencing the issue, please specify your Castle coordinates.

You are correct that there are many different problems on all games and servers

But the most severe problems occur on the 3 kabam servers

Farwols Crown
Sirens Strait
Golden Coast

All 3 have been ignored since they were transferred to plarium.com

These are global problems which need a global bugfix

PToF seems to have worst problems but Stormfall also needs work

My original comment was addressed to Agent Helen ( who is always happy to help)

Nobody asked for your input, which is ALWAYS disrespectful, obstructive and unhelpful

I learned a long time ago that posting on PToF Forum is pointless - I only included PToF screenshots to prove my point.
That game has been completely ignored by plarium devs for almost 2 years

My main concern is that ALL ex-kabam players have been ignored since the server switch

So what are you doing to organize a global fix for farwol server on stormfall?

Most of my friends and league mates have the same problem with free relic slots and free castle expansions, tho most got sick of waiting and resorted to wasting their sapphires
Will they all get a refund?

Dear Lord, we handle Bug reports on all Forums. If the issue is related to PToF, then it should be posted in the appropriate thread.

I have asked you to submit an individual thread for each issue so that I could provide you with the information from our devs about the certain issues. Please refer to the instruction how to report bugs. It has been posted to make the process of reporting the bugs easier for both sides. We forward bug reports to our devs with the detailed information about the issue. This is why I ask you to provide the detail as well.

Any fix can be released only after the developers locate the problem. At this stage, we need to reproduce the bug to forward it to the devs. I'd appreciate your cooperation in this case.

If the issue is related to PToF, then it should be posted in the appropriate thread. </p><p>I have asked you to submit an individual thread for each issue so that I could provide you with the information from our devs about the certain issues. If the issue is related to PToF, then it should be posted in the appropriate thread. </p><p>I have asked you to submit an individual thread for each issue so that I could provide you with the information from our devs about the certain issues. Please refer to the instruction how to report bugs. It has been posted to make the process of reporting the bugs easier for both sides. We forward bug reports to our devs with the detailed information about the issue.
