Use a summoning bond to create a new random champion and upgrade this one to level 15
If you don't have any summoning bonds then you will need to buy one
If you dont have enough Emeralds to buy a new summoning bond then you are truly stuck, but you appear to have 20 emeralds and new basic bonds only cost 10
Your quest/mission is not urgent and there is no time limit - the reward is only an exp boost so dont worry about it
Always remember that ALL quests are optional, and that most rewards are garbage
3 of these new champion quests only give resources as rewards, and most of the new mareth quests are just as hopeless too
