I have tried multiple times to spy on hamlets, but the only buttons that appear when I hover over them are capture and view vacant lots. Capture only allows for capture and harvesting of the hamlets, but no spying. The ? button says there should be a dispatch spies button as well. I am using Firefox as my browser and entered the game about 5-6 days ago.  I am  not sure if this is just an issue for me, but I would like that to be fixed so I can do some of the quests in the future.
