Daily Loyalty Roll bug

Every time I log into my game it keeps asking me to collect the next days reward.  I'm on Day 5 but it says collect Day 6.

I click on the Claim reward and it shows claimed...

When I go to my Paragon Daily Loyalty Roll to check it, I see a negative number counting down to when Day 6 actually arrives...

I do not collect Day 6 rewards.

If I log out and come back an hour later it will ask me again to collect Day 6. It doesn't matter how many times I log out and back in, it keeps asking me to collect the next Days reward

This started on my Day 3... asking me to collect Day 4.

Again on Day 4... asking me to collect Day 5.

And again on Day 5... asking me to collect Day 6.

Hello, Lord!

I have checked your account and found that you received Day 6 rewards. Meanwhile, I have not been offered to collect rewards for Day 7.

Could you please try to check the issue in another browser and Incognito mode? Then please inform me if you face the issue.

Yes I still have the same problem.  I have used both Firefox and Google Chrome browsers and it does the same thing in both.

Here is the step by step process I am doing.

Today is Day 6 for me... when I first log in is says...

I click claim reward.  It takes me to my Paragon Daily Loyalty Roll an it shows me this...

It shows a negative countdown to Day 7....

normally the time is located at the top next to the Day

Because the game slows down I refresh my browser (in both Firefox and Goggle Chrome).  When my castle restarts now I see this..

I click on the Claim Reward and I see this...

I close down the Paragon Daily Loyalty roll by clicking the red X.  Then a few seconds later when I click on my Mar'eth icon on the top left to start completing my Daily Mar'eth... this box pops up....

I click Claim reward and this is what I see in my Paragon Daily Loyalty Roll...

If you go into my game again.  Go through the process... then refresh my game in your browser you are using to be in my game. This issue comes up and it does not matter how many times in a 24hr period I refresh my browser, it happens every time. And yes I have cleared out the cache and made sure I have the most updated version of both the browser and Flash.

Thank you for the details!

Do you experience this issue starting from Day 1? Or it happened only on Day 6-7?

Also, please clarify if the time to the next time turns negative immediately after you claim the reward for the current day.

I noticed this on Day 3, then it did it again on Day 4, Then on Day 5, I posted the issue here in the Bugs Report. It is possible there were too many things popping up for me to do on Day 1 and Day 2 for me to notice.

I have posted examples for Day 5 and Day 6 here in this thread.

Yes the time would turn negative immediately after I clicked Claim reward.

It is still going on... FYI

My issue is that I should only be on Day 7 now... and it is wanting to give me Day 9.

You can see in the background now before I click Claim reward that the clock is already negative.  It is telling me to claim Day 9, when in the background it is still negatively counting down to Day 9.

When I do click Claim reward... you can see it better...

Then after I click on my Mar'eth Quest to start completing... this comes up... Now I am claiming Day 8 and in the background you can see a negative countdown to Day 9...

Again... I started this game 7 days ago on 3 July, 2018... today is 10 July, 2018
