Feature: Applying Boosts
Hello I were going to apply some boosts to boost out some units. I set the slider to use 100 8houer boost, but for some reason it used all my 8 hour boosts. I did not have enough units queue up for this many boosts to bee used. Is there any chance of getting them back?

In case you apply boosts that in results will exceed the remaining training time, you get a warning message. And the boosts will be withdrawn only if you press Yes.
I am afraid the boosts cannot be restored in this case, since they were used within the regular gameplay.
I have just tested it and the issue has not reproduced - the game applied only the number of boosts needed for the speeding up of a queue I selected. So, I cannot verify that it was a bug. This rather looks like a local matter. Please specify the actual coordinates of your castle and the exact date of the issue so that we could check how many boosts there really were used.

Yes that is true, I got this warning but since I only had selected 100 boosts to bee used I though did a quick calculation in my head and figured it could not bee to fare off, then I were really surprised to find them all gone. But yes I suspect there is no way of telling how many boosts were used so it would bee hard to get them back. The game was very laggy and unresponsive at the time this happed, guess I should have refreshed. Anyway I just though I would give the dev team and other players a heads up.That's what system logs are for ;) It's not a matter of whether it's physically possible to return them or not, Plarium will only return lost/used goods if there was some glitch in the system. If a player just used more than they meant to it's not a fault of the system so they won't give the stuff back. Hopefully a dev will look into it and figure out what happened.

According to the server logs, there were no issues with the game at that time. I am afraid the boost cannot be restored since they were applied within the regular gameplay. I'd appreciate your understanding.
