Monster Dies and Mana Depleted at same time...no credit for defeating monster

This happens to me EVERY day.

Just because you can not recreate it does not mean it does not happen, If I go into battle and the monster still has 60% to my 100%, I KNOWit will happen.

The mana runs out just as the monster is defeated, but no reward....see photo. I can send you a new photo each day that it happens if you wish.

We have already outlined our position regarding this case in your previous topic. This issue can be forwarded to the developers only with the exact steps to reproduce. Please describe the exact steps in your reply, and we will try to reproduce it once again. 

I am afraid if the bug is not confirmed, we will have to close this thread.

Hmmm....I battle the monster, the mana depletes to 0 just as the monsters health depletes to 0. It did it to me twice tonight. Once at 5:00 MST and once again at 10:40 MST. I don't know what else to tell you. I get the reward button to click for hald a second, then it dissapears and the refresh mana with sapphires button appears.



What else can I tell you?

If you reload the game when the refresh Mana option appears, what happens next? Please make two screenshots of your Dragon points: before you start fighting the Monster and when the Monster is conquered. Please note that the date and time should be indicated in the screenshot. Thus we will be able to determine whether the Dragon points are credited.

I closed the browser, started the game again, and it still shows the same thing...and will show that until 3 hours has elapsed.

Seems I was not clear enough. Can you please make 2 screenshots:

1. Before the battle + date and time visible

2. After the battle (mana is 0 monster is defeated) + date and time visible

Never Mind. I have tried to jump thru all your hoops, you cannot recreate the issue. Yet is still occurs.

I can create it each and EVERY day. I have no idea how having the screen capture with the date and time will help, unless for some reason you think I am making this up. Others have had the issue.

The screenshots would show us if the Dragon points are credited to your balance. 

Since the bug has not been confirmed, we consider that the Dragon points are added correctly.

You know, I believe the points are credited, but I do not get credit for the Mareth Quests. That is my main issue. I have plenty of dragon points. I logged in tonight onto Farwols crown and it did it. The monster dies as the mana runs out.

Now the problem has occurred again, on both servers this morning. When I have 60% mana remaining, it happens
