Wheel of Fortune discount not working!

I have been trying to apply my Wheel Of Fortune discount to Paragon deals and others, but they do not show up.

For example I can't purchase my 45% off discounted 30 day Paragon Activator.

Can someone help me with this?!


  I have tried different browsers and cleared cache, nothing happens.

May I add another probable bug with wheel of fortune.

As of today its 40% on improvements and on all improvements except on them on first page there are a -40% sign. I figure they should be active also on the first page?

This is the first tab on improvments. all the other tabs are with % off, but not the first one. Next tab below. Just compare and you see the problem. And of course I checked so it wasnt just shown wrong, the price is 100% not 50%

Hi, everything is correct. This particular discount does not apply to Defenders of the Castle, only to "passive" improvements. You can easily distinguish what improvements are sold with discount by the red ribbon -50% off.

Come on Plarium! It has been over 3 months and it is still not fixed! Does anyone even care?

Is there any particular reason the improvement discounts were removed from castle guards?  They used to receive the discount, though I think its been over a year since I last noticed it.

There are discounts which apply only to Improvements or Castle Guards. Please pay attention to a red ribbon with a discount. The discounted items are marked with the ribbon.

Hi, it seems it is still not fixed. Today is discount on paragon activator 7d. I bought it but it took 1750 saphires instead of 1050. Could you fix it and provide me with 700 saphires - diffrence between prices.

Our devs are still working on a fix for this issue. Could you please clarify whether you have purchased the activator at a regular price? If so, then please send me your in-game coordinates via private message and specify the date of the purchase.
