Hi and welcome to the forums. Sage is inactive, that timer shows you the time left before it disappears from Sage offered in bank pack(s).
If the sage is active, it should say so in the Lost Arts, not purchase. You can test this by clicking on it and it will take you to the bank and that particular offer it's in. This will also show you the same timer before that offer expires.

Ah yes I see it now. Well that blows but that is life. Now if they get the disappearing coalition page to work I can actually run the coalition and my league. Thank you for pointing out my oversight there. Wanst like it was in big white letters on a green back ground.
