Hi there Snowgoon, its as I always thought, The Wheel of Fortune is universal for all players, it was created for the original game, castle, units and extras for it no matter what we all have discovered or upgraded we will still get offers we do not need
Stoneheart is a new addition to the game that the Wheel of Fortune does not work with at the moment but it may happen in the future (fingers crossed here)
All I can say to everyone is anything you want to purchase using the wheel of fortune discounts please double check the item you are buying actually has the wheel discount listed on or beside it, if it doesn't then don't buy it unless your prepared to pay full price.
With every wheel discount I have bought, it always has had the discount price beside the item showing to buy for me

Most (if not all) wheel of fortune discounts are removed when we complete them all
I think we would all be furious if we were still getting offers to build Altar of Weor
I have not seen any scroll discounts since I finished the normal scrolls.
The new scrolls should not interfere with this - nothing to do with this at all
Someone has re-activated the scroll discounts by mistake ... so it is a bug

Snowgoon, why would you think that having new scrolls to discover would not trigger their re-inclusion into the 'Wheel' of Fortune?
Items disappear when no longer applicable. I see no reason why they would not return when they're applicable again.
On the other hand:
Are you trying to say they're being inconsistent with the SH feature? Such as: SH BGs don't count as BGs when doing quests and tourneys. SH units don't go to the cats when trained. SH units don't seem to get troop bonuses
Yet.....their scrolls share wheel of fortune discounts with normal scrolls and they both share the same overworked Sage.
SH is different than SF....except here and here and there and there.

You, and many others, seem to be laboring under the misapprehension that the wheel of fortune affects Stoneheart

Now, if we can ignore all this misinformation, can we get back to my original post
These discounts from the wheel need fixing - they are bugged

Well, yes, if they don't apply, then there is definitely a bug. It is just a matter of where the bug lies....the discounts should apply or the discount should be removed.
I have yet to see the scroll discount, so I was unable to see if the SH scrolls were affected. I only seem to get improvement and unit discounts. I can't remember the last time I got anything else.

As far as the scroll discount appearing on the wheel for anyone who has all of their normal castle lost arts discovered, you need to pm the CM, a Tech Support Agent here or a MOD with your co ords and server you play on so they can get that discount removed off the wheel for you I was informed.
For all Stoneheart items and troops, they have not included them in the wheel of fortune yet so always check to see if the discount is showing beside the items or troops your wanting to buy with wheel of fortune discounts, on my server there are even normal items that the wheel does not apply to when the discount comes up for them, I always check for that discount on the item before clicking purchase

Is this the bug report thread or have I made a silly mistake?
If the bug is in my castle then it must be in everyone's castles? ... so getting admin to visit my castle is not going to help anyone else
As already explained, it is not only scroll discounts - it includes fortifications, construction and boosts etc
p,s, I doubt they have any intention of ever including wheel of fortune discounts for stoneheart
They will have strict instuctions from their accountants to never reduce opportunities to increase their excessive profits

It is but it isnt, I know that dont make sense but even on my server players are still trading original scrolls on the market which means many still don't have all of their lost arts discovered, thats why Plarium can't just do a universal delete of the scroll discount off wheel of fortune, you have to pm your co ords and server you play on to get the scroll discount removed from your wheel, I have to do the same thing, for now I just ignore it, i dont spend on the wheel much anyways, it shouldnt be showing for us long time players who have everything discovered but sometimes it still does

I fully agree with what you are saying, Christine .... but I totally disagree with plarium's decision
Edit: Every player who gets this 7% boost should automatically have scroll discounts removed from the wheel (until such time as plarium decide to add stoneheart scrolls to the discount)
Couldn't be simpler
