Unable to purchase fortifications -- error message

I am trying to purchase fortifications using the 50% off wheel of fortune discount. When I do, I get the following error message:

I have more than enough gems for the purchase of 3 level 10 towers, I removed three towers to make room for them, and I have tried reloading the game, restarting FireFox, and updating FlashPlayer already. Any help would be gratly appreciated....

Also, if you still need the Towers and have not used the offer, I can help you with the purchase. Please inform me of the type and number of Towers you would like to receive.

I am still interested in purchasing the towers (assuming the discount would still apply--the actual offer has expired since my original post). I was looking to purchase 3 level 10 towers. They can be placed anywhere available at my castle.
