Nope it's non existent Almost as if they really couldn't be Bothered and when I did find a Link in another forum topic I get this message you will be contacted within 60 Hours have they degraded the support staff that much that you may wait more than two days for a reply? even when it was old it was tricky to find that bitty tiny "contact us" linkLords, there are no isses with submitting a ticket through this direct link. As for the general page of the site, it was made this way to help players find the answer in our FAQ and if the issue still persists, contact them through the form.I know you want to make it a hurdle for players to go directly to contact support without read any faq and whatever first. But MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND. Then you wont have players come to the forum and post about trouble finding it.

As for the general page of the site, it was made this way to help players find the answer in our FAQ and if the issue still persists, contact them through the form.The problem is that unliess you know what that direct link is, you can't send in a request as you can't find that direct link easily
