I had some points accrued and now there is no points next to package. How do you stop something like that when people have points towards it with no notice? I was waiting for next package to get my tier 1 and now nothing? Not fair plarium, not fair at all.

The link takes you to a post of a new feature in the game the bonus program. Feature seems like a permanent addition so we are once again misled.
It was announced that the bonus programme will run for the duration of the legacy tournament. If you liked it you can lobby for it to replace the old bonus programme, or even become permanent.
Start a petition, and let us see if players liked it to have it run forever.
The programme was the to assist players in winning the Legacy tournament. It was not permanent. I understand that it wasn't made clear. But keep in mind that the gods will not always make things clear. As to keep things balanced. Some of the rewards in the bonus programme would break the game balance in a huge way

The CM states it is a temporary program the day after it expires and only info is on the forums. It is a shame we do not get an expiration date like other "events" and it is not shared with the masses who do not frequent the forum via in game news. Why is it so hard for plarium to understand the basics of customer service, support and awareness, it is a big successful company so it is either amazingly stupid when it comes to customer concerns or absolutely doesn't care due to its profit margin it can sacrifice customer base and seek new victums
@Titan, you probably already know, but just to be sure, you can still activate the bonus program through "my items" interface.

You can go to Lord Oberon announcement, you can look for these statements even in the news. ITS CLEAR.

With moderators receiving updates before hand I guise we have to lobby for that on a separate channel. But knowing how secret the information is, and how it might cause other problems, the CM might not agree. And those developers are bound by contracts so they might not tell too.

Did you notice the CLEAR statement you pointed out describes a type of bonus not the actual program or do you just not understand.
The 3 classifications are
1 Stays active during the whole bonus time frame 7 days once bonus minimum level of points are achieved no refresh needed no limited use.
2 Refresh anytime
3 Has a number of uses until the 24hr timer clicks off then you can refresh for a new set of limited uses
4 and most important, DO NOT COMMENT ON THINGS YOU CANNOT COMPREHEND it only adds confusion while your role is to help clarify
It CLEARLY does not state the program will last 2 or 3 weeks, it CLEARLY doesn't state it will be available during the Legacy event as it turned off 8 days before Legacy (current event) ends not letting you buy it the 7th day which would coincide with Legacy ending.
It CLEARLY states it is a "new feature" not a limited time event.
I hope I am CLEARLY stating you have no clue what you are saying.

No need to activate, infact most buff bonuses worked this way eg Offense enhancer . They ended when the programme ended. Some like the raid resource doublers, and double BG equipment are still available and will expire when the their time frame expire.
Let's hope Plarium introduce them again.
Anyway don't bother replying as evidenced that you didn't read Lord Oberon announcements. Did you even read the news, what about the video where they hinted about these bonus programme back then.

Me too. But that would have affected the entire feature, they might have made little revenue.
But like last year addition we thought it will end with the legacy tournament. But these year it was different.
Some things players have to guise. They said it will end, but not when.
Lords, all Bonuses will be available until June, 29th. By this date all Bonuses should expire.

So basically you answered your own question without even knowing it and just FYI or eg the offense enhancer required a refresh or it would expire after 24 hours until refreshed so not the same as say the 50% food reduction which once activated stayed "active during the whole bonus period" (one week) with no need to refresh

What that means is as soon as you start the bonus it activates automatically AND stays active during the whole bonus time frame which is one week once activated unlike the other bonus which require refresh or will expire until refreshed during the one week bonus time frame. Good thing you watched the cartoon oh I mean video sorry, too bad you still can't comprehend the program or most other functions of the game.
