This could make the game better for BOTH coiners and non-coiners alike...

There's 2 Parts to the suggestion:

1) Change the troop values for Imperial bought troops (higher Off & Def)

     Make Imperial troops revivable in Infirmary using Sapphires as currently the scenario.

2) Keep the troop values the same for troops trained using Resources.

     Make 'Normal' troops revivable in the Infirmary using Resources.

This way Plariums 'coiners' will have a blast strengthening their armies, and 'non-coiners' will have a blast reaching higher level BG's...
