If you are using a Windows machine close all applications, reboot, reopen. Windows recently had updates sorebooting should clear up Windows and allow your game to work properly. if not contact support at http://support.plarium.com/enstormfall/Tickets/Submit/Step1/48
Troops not hitting or returning from raid -- Untamed server
I was asked to verify a problem where a player had sent their raiding troops at an inactive and they were stuck - they did not arrive at target, no report of any attack, and they did not return. Here is my result - it has been like this approximately 12 hours, and I have cleared cache, rebooted, re-logged in etc without result.
Since then I have had another player report the same issue to me - 2 sets of raiding troops stuck, and caravans stuck in limbo as well. I have also received word that it has happened to other players in at least one other league today.
I will be sending a report to support and will have them submit their information as well, but I thought I would give you a heads up. From what I understand, our VIP team member is already working several of these limbo problems.
A league member of mine has the same problem. I checked it and it got stuck also on the same castle that Lady Nerium has shown. He has his offense stuck there for around a week or so.

all those that have problems with stucked troops please follow one of this instruction ( depends on the browsers you use )
HAR file and Firebug shows the same things, the main difference is that you can create a HAR file in Google Chrome, when in order to make a screenshot of your Firebug panel you need to use Mozilla Firefox. Here are the detailed instructions:

2) HAR file for Chrome or Opera:
Chrome users - please follow these steps:
Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools - http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6- Access Network tabhttp://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG- Try to access the game- Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g
Opera users - please follow these steps:
1. Access Customize and control Opera -> Developer -> Developer Tools -- http://prntscr.com/c6fsyj
2. Access the Network tab --
3. Try to access the game
4. Right-click on any line and select Save as HAR with content --
Send HAR file or Firebug to our Support Team at http://support.plarium.com/Tickets/Submit/
once you have the file, please send it to support following this link and choosing 'loggin issues' in the proper section. with this file devs will be able to check ur accounts and see what is happening you all.

when you click on developer tools a window on right will appear, click on network tab on top of that window, then select any line and click with right button on mouse and then select copy as HAR with content
this is a file to study ur lag problems and offers u a solution directly from support
you dont have login problems but yes lag problems and both are on same section on support
