I am not new to BG, my level is well over 100 so I have been through your ups and mostly downs but enough is enough, please address before you ruin the game for many people more than you already have.

I track my resources in and out of BG and have watched my troop count plummet beyond any normal BG.

 I started with a my bank at ZERO even though I am pretty sure I had some resources trapped from your morphing BG.

Load my bank to 155 million and on level 121 I get a payout of 146 million, not as max payout but maybe 80%

I stopped for a few as the BG have been more and more difficult

I figured I would try the BG for the tourney's running

Load my bank to 154 million and get a full payout of 70 million on level 81, knowing I was over banked I went forward knowing I had 85 million in the bank.

I killed many BG between 109 and 149 loading my bank

With my bank at 220 million I hit a lvl 124 for a payout..... NOTHING    AVG bank is 190 million

My bank is now 240 million, I hit a level 123 for a payout......NOTHING

My bank is now 264 million, I hit a level 123 for a payout .....NOTHING

So now my bank is 295 million   WTF???????????????

I am down 30k troops, I did not yellow bar anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can we play this game like this????????????????????????????????????????????

I get you not giving out the secret but come on, this is INSANE!!!

We don't have endless troops and with you forcing the payouts at such a high level then somehow randomizing them how can we play BG??

Ar eyou sure you don't have a bug? If we can't kill the BG in one try due to not having the best troop match do you count this as a yellow bar if we kill it the next try or in a few tries? This can be a huge concern.

What would this game be like if when we played PvP and we never knew if our troops would win even though we did everything right?

I hit 500 demons with 1000 dragons and somehow lose due to randomization, would anyone continue PvP? Would anyone continue the game?

Keep your mysteries but when the bank is loaded give us a payout, we don't all have the ability to put millions of power into a BG and not get a payout when banked.

This needs to be addressed and not some stupid link to another BG discussion or tell us some bull, we need some sort of confidence we can actually play this game, not a frigging slot machine

And before you ask if I know my bank, YES I did.

I got paid on 3 out of 4 lower level BG with minimal loading due to my massive over bank!!!!

First of all, my personal compliments on the amount of units you've achieved! I never went across the 15K units.

Secondly, I honestly understand your point. I keep having the same issue with disappointing payouts, and I don't make use of the calculating because I know it won't pay me well. I'm using my 'luck' instead I guess.

Finally, I've noticed a lot of concerns about the battlegrounds, therefore I'll ask the Community Manager about that, hoping for a good answer.

Everything in this game is made with simple purpose: to loose your troops (RL money and time). That is the point of any misleading conversation, good advice, best experiences...

Goal is to allow you to feel that you're winner even if simple math shows you that you lost more than got. About formally looser every conversation is absurdity because he is so damaged that he should to leave game in many non trivial lost.

BG has extra possibility to make you crazy. Mystery. It allow Plarium to do whatever they want to do with our brains. Every unplanned finishing task will take from you about 10% of payout. And you will have to send all your previous payout(s) before you will get next one. You cant use simple math as in bank because Plarium wants to push you to spend sapps. The simplest way to do that is to pass payouts on several big levels, and to bring you into desperate position where you haven't enough troops to solve next good task. So you will have to solved some low level task and spend payout to solve next low level task, and so on, until you will get chance to get payout from originally planned level. ANd again you have good chance to miss such payout. And you will have to start again with low levels.

All troops are still inside BG but you lost many 10% without chance to stop, and make new plan, because you're vulnerable while your troops are in BG instead of in your castle. And you have to have steel nerves or deep wallet to solve this problem.

Only BG Quests have some points with sense. Problem is amount of your troops needed to open next quests.

Everything else is trap.

Last update (long ago) mentioned some exploit about yellowing. Ordinary lie. Yellowing is only way to release yourself from trap.

Yellow all tasks (not easy, you need time or money), and play only one - three tasks until you get any decent full payout.

After that use mini payouts against Plarium, as punishment for their smart trap, and collect as much troops as you can, without spending anything on new tasks, and finish with BG forever. On that way you will return all of your invested troops, with some little delta as lost or gain.

Most developed players could produce award troops from one tournament in 7-15 days. If you calculate as your plus your potential minus in BG tournaments, you will have more troops than ever in shorten time.

i know is a bit frustrating knowing you have your bank ready and dont be able to get the big payout. im still not sure why this happens but really happens and i know cause same happens to me, you kill the bgs specting the payout and nothing, even on levels so low which requires small amounts to fill. and suddendly you receive it when less specting u are.

i repeat dont know why this happens. i have read maybe is for the ramdom component of bgs that has been raised. dont know if its cause you yellow the bgs or cause you kill them in one shot. i have read both methods still works but they payout sometimes is hard to get.

actually i dont do bgs except killing yellowing a bunch of them when my food production is near zero, so as u can suppose this will take a lot of time to me to get the results to share. at the moment what i can say: yellow the bgs till you have ur bank ready for the level you want, then finish one and if not pay, spent the small payout in other bg and wait one day. next day kill another ready you have and repeat.

seems that some days bgs dont pay as the way we want and some days they pay. so we have to use the method try and error.

hope you will get ur payout soon, 300M banked are so many resources to continue having faith on the system.

I am sure you are correct, as I go through the forums BG's are the least complained about part of the game so they are flawless.

I have tried "lack of" Support in the past and always appreciate a non player giving me a canned bull response and guiding me to the forum only to be guided back to lack of support.

I constantly watch my bank surpass the level of BG, then it is a crap shoot. This shouldn't be like gambling, there should be a way to control the system.

One lie became truth. And we still believe in that.

Most wrong expectations are consequence of term 'BANK'.

BG isn't bank, it is more put-up poker-machine or roulette. And Plarium simple uses it to put everyone in desperate position whenever they could.

That is why we cant plan anything in BG. Mystery is just fog to blur picture, and algorithm is 'smart' to give us full payout enough times waiting for 'right' chance (when we're 100% sure in payout). Every player had problems when he was sure in full payout. Number of mistakes in giving payout is so bigger than number of correct behavior of BG system. That isn't random, that is planned behavior.

Everything that Plarium admitted of our bargaining is intentional lie, because no one has right to give us any right information about that algorithm.

Everything what we started and was truth Plarium stuff skillfully kill, with same goal, to keep secret on BG algorithm.

They revealed only several things, or better to say they give us controlled part of truth. In reality giving part of truth is very profitable and dangerous lie.

on the other hand themes about the bgs are always more answered by users cause its simply they are investigated by players and all theories comes from players. 

meanwhile if you want i can paste the same answer from CM of the other thread cause the theme is the same.

3 is provably false, it becomes obvious when you look at accurate payout logs from multiple players. 

1 is technically true since you will always receive the small payout, but if it's always less than half of what you put in this doesn't really do you any good.

2 seems to be true from my research, although there's almost always a tournament or two running these days anyways. 

3 is actually true :) Rewards on BGs depend only on your activity, not the day of the week or a season. 

1 - unfortunately, I cannot share the BG formula or the algorithm that identifies that it's time to give you a reward. Please remember that we have never stated that BGs will give you the same number of Units as you send there. They always gave you a certain reward, but we could never share any formulas.
