Greetings, guys!
This Tournament is for all players, but I agree that low-level players can hardly compete with others.
However, it's a special Tournament, with a special reward. And if you feel that you're not strong enough to participate in it, you can participate in ordinary Tournaments which are running each day.
Moreover, we gave free rewards to all players, and we have started a giveaway for all Forum members.
And it's just the beginning of the month
As to the " low-level players can hardly compete with others" - that is wrong. Us lower level, even higher level but newer players, CANNOT COMPETE AT ALL.
The point of my topic was to ATTEMPT to get someone in Plarium who has any kind of decision-making power to see that lower/newer players have simply been EXCLUDED ALTOGETHER from the celebration tournaments. So in a case where it's the BIG and SUPER event, and a HUGE chunk of players simply can't even score 1 sapphire in it, it is extremely discouraging. I am personally very discouraged, and I believe that there are countless thousands just like me.
The 100 free saps - thanks I guess? Can't buy anything with that, but it's the thought that counts. But when there are mega tourney that does not break people up into brackets based on how long they played - that is simply a bad decision, and a spit in the faces of newer players who are loyal and the reason whay all those spenders still continue to play (because we are out there for them to pillage). And NO AMOUNT of pep talk and "positive" attitude from the ever so optimistic moderators and community managers can make us feel like we matter right now. Action is needed, not words.
PS. My sister's name is Alyona. Beautiful name.
Papa1, you are not wrong, there are many of us who find the Anniversary Tournaments ludicrous. Plarium would have been better off just divvying up sapphire rewards based upon how long a player had been on Stormfall, and just send them as gifts, therefore we all would have been rewarded equally from a point of relativity for longevity (fair) instead of from a standpoint of how much cash we spend (unfair).
