when we have players in our teams whith 6 million deffense in their castles and give nothing to help us protect the fortress they deserve nothing from it

There are many ways that your league mates can contribute to the success of your fortress - sending defense is only one method.
Why are you defending your fortress? What level is it?
If it is at level 5 or level 8 then it does not need any defense.
If at any level in between then it needs to be upgraded quickly - perhaps your reluctant team mates can contribute sapphires for the upgrades, but first you should ask yourself what is the purpose of upgrading.
The fortress provides access to unit boosts from Tomes - perhaps these players can help accumulate Tomes by raiding other forts and by competing in tournaments, completing league quests etc
Fortress defense is only a small part of the game ... and at levels 5 and 8 it is totally unnecessary.
p.s. Dark Essence only comes from Beacons

the leaders can see who help and who dont, but in case of no help they can not block them of enjoying the benefits give the fortess on their units,

Without a proper DEF Buff on the fortress itself, the incentive to stack it is low to start with. The risk of major loss for little gains is not very rewarding. At current time, the fortress is a gimmick with a sapphire cost sadly.

i disagree it may be hard reach in good level but dont forget a big problem is team participate,its not all saphire whith good deffense you can have a sure proggress ,i understand your spirit and your fear but by that way you will never start and if all players of your team was thinking "o the major loss for little rewards is big"then you never go on ,if you think it is so risky thats your right i think if leagues learn work toghether whith much troop fear dont exist

The way to block the people that doesn't want to play in a team enviroment is to kick them out of the league. They waste of space for players that would be interested i pull their weight.
The difference between a league that succeed and one that doesn't is good communication and requirements of activity and participation. In such an eviroment you wont be afraid of members of the league wont pull their weight to participate.
It's the same in any mmo with guilds and such. Top ones is on the top because there is no room for deadbeat slackers.
