Dear Lords:
Let's say an attacker attacks with 250,000 offensive points, and 50% of his offensive points are from Bestiary units, 25% from Occults, 15% from Cavalry, 10% from Infantry, then the defending units will give defensive points on that same spread.
50% of the defensive points of a unit group will be from its Bestiary number, 25% from its Occults number, 15% from its Cavalry number, and 10% from its Infantry number.
Here's an example: So, let's say the defense has 1000 nomads (level 20), with 182 points in Infantry D, 238 points in Cavalry and Occults D, and 182 points in Bestiary D.
From the 1000 nomads:
50% (500) of them will use its Bestiary D number (182) 25% (250) will use its Occults D number (238)
15% (150) will use its Cavalry D number (238) 10% (100) will use its Infantry D number (182).
Therefore (500 * 182) + (250 * 238) + (150 * 238) + (100 * 182) = Total defensive points from Nomads = 91,000 + 59,500 + 37,500 + 18,200 = 204,400 defensive points from nomads.
The total points for this battle would be 250,000 (offensive points) + 204,400 (defensive points) = 454,400. The attacker would have 55% of the points; the defense would have 45%. Therefore the attacker would lose 45% of each unit group and the defense would lose 55% of its nomads, so 550 nomads lost.
With a defense with multiple defensive unit types, you do the same calculation, to get the real defensive points from each unit type.
hope this can help you
