try reducing these types of things if people want to spend money they will they don't need the added incentive of game interference

those who do not want to spend on these items must be getting really annoyed by it as I am totally irked when I get this in the middle of doing something in the game

there are a lot of things added to "improve" Plarium's profit but it is interfering with our game play

please for loading issues and problems with lag action, could you create a HAR file and send it to support for investigating ??

submitting HAR files are the best way for devs to investigate and can fix some players lag problems

im offering u what to do in this case. its ur choice send it or not but be sure that sending helps first to u and second all players with same problems. the more data the had the less time could take to solve this problem

Its not my job to fix Plarium's game glitches

there is too much spam added to the game hence the issues

you have people you PAY to do this so tell your tech geniuses what is going on and have them fix it

I am not a tech genius its not my responsibility to make sure the game is functioning properly I am here to play the game

regarding your first two issues the only thing that can be done is sending a HAR file to support ( you may or may not want to do that its your choice we just tell you what is the best thing to do )

regarding your third it is a known issue they are working to fix 

you must understand that we are not tech geniuses as well and unfortunately the people who are will only look into your issue if you submit a ticket

so you have two choices do as Juglar said and see what happens 

or 

refuse but then never complain about those specific issues again (fair enough)

why is there a "Report Bugs" thread if we have to jump through hoops to fix things and you as moderators do nothing about them?

this is a place where all players get to know what bugs/issues are currently in the game 

in case the server is down you can report that here and we contact plarium (especially if its weekend)

you get to know what are the known bugs that are being worked on and get a chance to search for a workaround or advice about your issues

We have a pinned thread called Loading Issues. If you're experiencing them, please follow the instruction inside. You can report the bugs you've found in the game here. But for some issues we already have a solution or an instruction on how to find it. 

Such things as lags and loading issues can be investigated only by Support Team. 

In Bug Reports we collect the information about the existing gameplay bugs. Like: ghost messages, UX/UI bugs, bugs that occur on some actions, etc. However, we cannot help you with ags or loading issues here. That's why we kindly ask you to follow the instruction in the pinned post.
