On searching for key words

How come when I try to search for a keyword for information I'm trying to look up on the page:

http://plarium.com/forum/en/stormfall-age-of-war/

I end up going to:

http://plarium.com/forum/en/search/?query="xxxxx"

where the "xxxxx" would be whatever term I'm looking for.

It should stay within the stormfall: age of wars section since it's related to it, unless it has something to do with the browser I'm using? (chrome)

If it's something my end, I'll try to figure it out.  Otherwise, the search mechanism needs some work.

Lord Callak,

Forum search works fine with me. Try clearing catch on your browser.

Camulos:

It isn't just you the forum search usually takes you to irrelevant pages from other Plarium games

I tried your search with Maxthon as a browser and got the same results. Try using the guide or ? in the upper right corner for in game questions, that stays within the guide. If you are trying to search the forum, I don't have a good answer, yet.

The answer is so far Plarium developers have not added the feature to determine which game a query came from. Your post was accurate over all browsers. Therefore, I am suggesting to Plarium to add this feature and ensure when leaving a query returning to beginning game not defaulting to Sparta as it does now.

My Lords,

search option is working fine with me.

So, as I wrote before I've just tried to see what will happen if I look for a "bug" and here is a result

Search results :541 topic found for 'bug'

try listening to the poster.

click on one of the results. you'll find that  you most likely have 541 links to a forum you dont have access to.

why in the world did you suggest he clear his cache?  did you even read what he was saying?

Search option on Forum isn't ideal, and it will be improved in the future.

Your search engine would be much better if your results list only showed posts containing all the words entered.  Right now it shows all the posts that contain any of the words entered.  The results list is to long to be useful.  Cannot qualify search to shorten the list.
