if i understood right your chivalry lost art lvl is 8 if so then it means you already discovered it which means your scribe will not give you any chivalry scrolls 

however if  what you mean is that you have multiple scrolls no.8 then simply use the market to trade

note: the scribe will inform you about each upgrade once finished, those upgrades will increase the bonus only they will not unlock new chivalry scrolls

I still am not getting the scrolls in my House of Scrolls after the scribe says they have been discovered or deciphered.  The scrolls are for arts that I am upgrading but not yet completed.  i.e Alliance of Tribes 4 of 20 and Chivalry 11 of 20.   Is this normal?  Since I do not receive the scrolls I cannot trade them for other scrolls I need i.e. Light of Elder etc.. Am I doing something wrong or is this the way it is supposed o work?

if you already discovered the lost art you will not get any more scrolls for it (you will only be able to upgrade it)

if you are receiving the same scroll (deciphered) then simply use the market to trade for the scrolls you need

if you have not discovered all lost arts and not receiving any scrolls then report the situation to support

(please note that if you discovered all lost arts you will not receive any more scrolls)
