The Loyalty Roll should've been put back to it's original state.

It was not the loyalty roll -- it was the loyalty reward for suffering through not being able to log in due DNS error. I had 7 days remaining on my 30 day purchase early this morning and they after the in-game message -- it was gone.

And as I stated, yes I did put in a request but during this daily league quest of raiding I had to enable a 7 day which I did not want to do

Either way, I do recommend you to await the reply of a support member and see if they can solve it.
