I am Danzo Shimura Marshall of the ANBU Black Ops . ANBU was Created 21/8/14. I created it to try and become the #1 league on the server and to let free to play players join and learn the game and have a chance at starting from the bottom and making it to the top. we want to capture beacons and make strong allies and help to gain more information on becoming better at the game. I have extensive knowledge on the game and how leagues play and a sense of direction in the game on where it's going and will look like in the years. I have talked to many top leagues and resolved many problems between us. We will remain neutral with most league for now while we build up to sustain in a long hard fought war fighting the best of them. We want Beacons, The best players to join, Strong allies and lots of communication and information coming in at a steady flow. Most importantly we want trust and everyones opinion and feed back and support in decisions made.

Benefits of joining the ANBU

1. If you are new we take in all levels and offense and defense amounts held by the players and offer to fix all your mistakes after we figure them out it will take lots of communication.

2. I can teach you to play vital roles in any league if you ever decide to leave there are players in lots of top leagues who once started in the ANBU talking to me and learning everything i know and shared with The ANBU you won't find many other league who can say the same.

3. Most good leagues require a number of offense and defensive force held by a lord and a required level so joining a good league will be not a option for almost all new players. 

4.We care and will do everything we can for all and any players and will not bend to other leagues ways we want peace and believe in fair play. We all need resources and there's lots out there. You can fight everyone but that's not smart when it comes to the big picture of the game and image of the league. If any one asks for a peace from one of the ANBU i will give it and ask if it's the other way around if someone attacks any member of the ANBU we will ask for peace and fight when ever we have the time or see the need to step it up.
In fair play when it comes to sieges and settlements no ones castle should be attacked over them we can always find more castle to raid rather than go to war but if one of our members attacks a siege or settlement and you respond by attacking a ANBU castle you will be asked to stop before we take it as a serious offense all my players will follow this same rule and do their best to not cause trouble while getting better and working on make the league stronger. We already have a road to success mapped out we just need enough skilled player with the will to travel down the long never ending road.

Ranking system used: Everyone is asked if they speak english we recruit mainly through the league academy new player join automatically as neophytes until 10 fill the academy they are promoted as seen as seen by a captain, commander or marshall to the rank of soldier this rank means nothing except you are on a waiting list until you respond to a message sent to you from one of the league members confirming you speak english and you will communicate and get better at the game, let us teach you and help everyone in the league when you can. Your offense and defense is watched so if you don't know how to do BG's i will notice and want to figure out what you don't get. follow the guide. once i notice you don't have a problems with BG's, helping other league members and recruiting and i see you in league chat talking and around for more than 4 weeks you can start being give a leadership role or i'll depend on you more in wars since your offense and defense will always be on the rise and so will your rank. the higher it is the more capable i think you are.
