Got a promotion to buy 3 improvements to my castle... the last one I bought (3rd) was a wall... and lt was debited twice... first the promotion value... but it come out of place where he puted on... and when I replaced it... it was charged again!!
What you can do to refound it?

Walls are Fortifications, not Improvements
They are both found in Construction but are in different tabs
I think that you paid full price for the wall, but assumed that it was debited twice
