You need to have a vote among all active players in the league. The result of which would make you marshall...or not. Depends on the vote.

If thereare noactive members. Tham you are sol. Also. Keep in mind that if you do get marshallship by vote and the old marshall returns. The old marshall can rightfully claim back the marshallship. As it should be.

Now... If you happen to be the only active member and kidnapped the Marshall...as suspected in Spartans. Since there is a thread exactly like this that was just created where some gypsy who just joined a inactive coalition and is trying to take it over...
