Having problems with 4 issues

The first one is, when I go to help members to build, if there are 3 of them and I click to help them all, all three will disappear as they are suppose to. Problem is, one of them returns about 30 seconds later, same member asking for same building help. This has been going on for about 4 days.


Second one is. If i send troops out for any type of action, when I go to the map, there are no tracers and no troops leaving either. This has been going on for a while.


Just yesterday, someone put an attack request in help and I didn't get it. Not there today either.


I have been trying to write out something to support and can't locate where to do this. Instructions given in another link, no help at all.


All I want is to get these problems fixed.

Above is the link to submit a ticket to Support. The animation is turned off by default on Untamed Lands or Server 2. The developers are supposed to be working on a fix. If things are missing from your screen. Try exit game, clear your browser cache , close your explorer. Reopen the explorer and the game. Hopefully it populates correctly.

Thank you Brunson. As many times as I used that link, 1st time I got the ticket to appear. Took me a long time to get it on Dark Plains though. I( do hope ticket was submitted because after I clicked on submit there wasn't anything to verify that I submitted the ticket.


But I have had some success this time and maybe my headache will go away.



I forgot to mention. I found the answer to one problem in the Known Issues so I have one fixed. One fixed itself and one left.

Thank you once again Brunson. I received email from Plarium confirming they received my ticket.
