Please follow one of this instruction ( depends on the browsers you use )

HAR file and Firebug shows the same things, the main difference is that you can create a HAR file in Google Chrome, when in order to make a screenshot of your Firebug panel you need to use Mozilla Firefox. Here are the detailed instructions:

Chrome users - please follow these steps:

I had the same issue my computer was working prefect but when i played this game i always had to refresh to saw new reports and league chat and in between some time game start working alright and then again back to the situation you mentioned my Internet speed was also good then i accidentally doped water on my laptop it stoped working i had to change my Rams  after changing the rams my game start working prefect then i realized it was my computer issue its been over three months since then its working perfect

What i find strange is that i never had performance issues on my computer nor with other games. And the weirdest is that last week the game was running pretty good, and it went back to slowness in these last couple days.

I did not increase my ram memory i replace my rams  its standard 4 GB i have Hp core  i 7 and i play this game on Opera browser
