Because there need to be a counter to the whales. There is big time coiners out there sitting on such wast armies its not even funny to think about.
The alt problem is a big one, but at this stage there is little or nothing to do about it. Some leagues and players in this game got a lot of alts. Something that well known among the players, but it's not done anything with. Just as bots that been reported over and over and over not done anything with. Looks like Plarium prefer the players to use these as "farms". Sad thing is, without them the game would had a lot less content, which is even more sad when its even considered as content.
Alt accounts used as spies and such is a part of the game sadly. It could get fixed by have your "league history" public, and name changes public.
Also what do you mean become lame? Thought we already reached that level.
