no it's not duplicate. i'm bringing up the topic because nothing's done about it. and rather than working on questionable updates, R&D should fix features so many players have been asking to be looked into, for months now...
there are over 1350 lvl 1 chards, 3 clicks per 2 chards to combine them into a lvl 2 item; i can't imagine anyone would be willing to spend, or waste a few hours, just for that.
