Battlegrounds are one of the gameplay elements, it's an optional daily in-game activity, in which our players can, but not obliged to participate.
Players destroy Battlegrounds and receive rewards for their successful missions. You can try to figure out what's the most effective way to destroy Balur's Units, and what determines the size of your Rewards. But it's not a required condition for Battlegrounds raiding.
In Game Tutorials thread you can find some guides for Battlegrounds created by players. They share their experience and observations. You can find some valuable tips there.
I'd like to add to the words of lady Eugenia that you shouldn't forget that the entire game's not about battlegrounds.
As she mentioned, it's just an optional aspect of the game!
Furthermore, I don't make use of those complicated calculations with banks and percentages at all. Simply because it spoils the joy you're supposed to have. It works perfectly fine as well! I've got quite some nice payouts lately without calculating anything.
I don't track the bank, I don't use a calculator, etc.
You see, I think that if you constantly try to make calculations, you'll start hyperfocussing on that one calculation which leads to you just willing to finish it and achieve a reward. This is understandable, but don't forget that it'll make you just see that one calculation that may or may not fail.
Open your eyes and look at other things as well. Participate in PvP Warfares, build your army instead of trying to achieve them through battlegrounds or do both!
Whatever, as long as it's making you enjoy the game. It's a game after all, and games are meant to be fun!
I really love the update with higher capacities. I'll be able to train more units at once and eventually have some leftovers for upgrading buildings and that all with everything filled once!Maybe what you're doing isn't working, and you're losing more than your getting back from bgs. If you're not keeping track of your losses and returns, you wouldn't know if it's working or not would you? It's like a business that has no books or inventory lists but says "I feel like we're doing fine".I'd like to add to the words of lady Eugenia that you shouldn't forget that the entire game's not about battlegrounds.

I am very familiar with BGs. I've finished level 160. But since the new max resources, I have not been able to recover my investments. I'm down 17,000 troops in the past few days. I was at over 50 mil in offense until now. So don't preach to me about mechanics.Perhaps you should join Balur's shield. Our friend Balur always favors us with excellent battleground rewards.

Perhaps that's true, but just like I said, I don't mind really. As long as it stays fun to me, and it does.
I mean sure, the payouts for me could do better, but the calculations will not help. I've tried and all it does is reduce the amount I get back even more. I aim for luck instead, and that's fine by me.

Lords and Ladies, this post was made back in 2014 in relation to actions that were taken. We've blocked many suspicious accounts (so-called "mass-ban") and we wanted to inform our players about the actions that took place.
Lords and Ladies, we support and improve many different games on different platforms and we love all our players equally. Don't forget that you play the game on the server that has been created by us - plarium.com - and we have absolutely no reasons to love you less than players from other platforms
