We noticed the beacons drop seem to be unfair, the beacon drop has been always spread over the areas so every league can capture or fight for,

last time and today, the beacon drop has been dropped just infront of the big league AGAIN Knights Templar who already have the most area covered, in my opinion this is unfair, while spread over the several corner is much better.

The beacons drop in a spiral pattern. What you're remembering is when a full row or two was dropped at the same time. Atm, quite a few less than this are being dropped each round. Iirc, the reason for this was to have more consistent, smaller drops to increase fighting (there was some post on this in the past and one of Plarium's team responded).

My Lord , beacons drops are random and no one can predict their appearance.

is all planned.... wait and see a turnaround :)

The reason, this is fair to all leagues.

The current 15 drops, around 3 months or so will take approx 1 year per ring.

We all put huge amounts of time and effort to make our leagues the best they can be. Nearly everyone measures that in how their leagues rank through controlled map space. That is the end game of Stormfall, where you put what you have built personally out there for the benefit of your league's glory. Otherwise its a pointless farming game just to "get bigger".

The current beacon drops simply destroy that hard work. The game is completely unbalanced as the league where beacons drop earliest gets to grow fastest. Other leagues might have to wait up to a year to get that same benefit waiting for drops in "their territory".

The current system can completely skew the game balance. And it skews it for HUGE periods of time. This hurts big league gameplay, A LOT.

Add to this the ops point - it hurts smaller leagues too. If 50+beacons drop at once it is far more difficult for the major leagues to control them all at once, giving smaller leagues more chance.

So who does the current system benefit? it's certainly none of the players.

well someone scored 1100+ k points at the current pvp event (ranked no. 1) bcs of the new beacon drop( i asked him he was hitting beacons) so as i see it that is enough reason to keep it going as it is now 

the 15 beacons strategy is actually smart who gives a shit about small leagues profit is generated when big leagues clash and with such small playing ground they will clash for sure

Indeed, some of the Leagues were closer to the new Beacons that appeared on the map. Next time your League may be closer. Beacons do appear by a spiral pattern, as you guys have already noticed. 

By the way, the time interval between the last two drops was less than before. However, I don't have any information about the next drops.

Reality check time here.  There isn't a small, or medium, league out there who is going to hold a corner beacon against the larger leagues.  It isn't going to do you a bit of good to have beacons dropped in the 4 corners.

The only chance a small, or medium, league has is to take an interior beacon that the larger leagues no longer have any interest in.  Even then you are going to have a hard fight with current owners, pvp Raiders and big coiners who just enjoy hitting smaller leagues.
