battlefields failure

Hello everyone.

Although I have read and followed your tips on the battlefields (before taking maximum reward you need to return last reward plus 12.5% interest) I have to find that it does not work that way. In the last round of fields, by making an approximate calculation I returned about the Twice the last reward, with the result that I went quite a bit below with the troops: about 2 million points of strength. Specifically, the minimum rewards of every field I always throw at the highest.

If you have any other (comprehensible) advice, I would be grateful to you.

regards

It dosent work with aproximation. Also when you say you returned last reward, if you calculated in point of strenght, is also wrong. All calculation for BG bank, have to be done in resources amount.

And , that tax amount (12.5%) is also an aproximation.I dont think anybody know the exact value at that tax. Or if is not variable, depend of many factors.

The best way to be closer to the real value that you have to banking, is to track your resources in BG bank.

Each BG lev will give you a max reward when you have the proper amount of resources for that BG lev.If you dont have it, will be a payout lower then max for that lev.

In fact when I said I returned almost double I meant in resources

there is no enough good guidance about bgs from plarium

you did good and read the post of juglar about it but bgs have changed 3 times till then not sure if juglar editted his post during these changes you have to ask him

also the fact that there is no good guidance about bgs is truth

bgs as it seems eat your troop  in many ways, apart from it plarium doesnt help the players on it so they have to find bytheirselves whats wrong and how they can minimize the damage

my experience have taught me not to expect something from bgs,

if you want to play bgs you can play just to do some tourney points but i dont suggest you to play them in a full way and use all your troop there if you dont know how it works

soon or later you will see that they will break you down if you spend all your troop there

*anything here is my opinion and my personall sense, i have seen good bg players but i have to say here that if you expect something from bgs you will get dissapointed

First of all, you have to figure how is your BG bank now:is in negative, is 0 ,is positive, and the amount of your resources there.

Starting from there, then , use the tabels that you will find in forums, to see how many res need for each lev.

Then choose your lev that want to give you a payout, and start to feel the bank with necesarely amount. When you have it, kill that lev and will get your payout.  Keep in mind, that if you dont track properly your bank, then will be delays in your payouts, and will not be acurate.

Why to track your bank? I give you an ex: i get a payout that means 100 mill res. If that payout give me a negative bank, then i have to fill the bank for 0 , then to fill with necesarely amount for lev that i choose to hit. So that could bring me in situation about you talk: put more then 150% resources back, and still dont get a payout...  Without a properly resources tracking, will have this kind of surprise always in BG.

In my personal opinion, that it happen because BG dont get that tax amount of each reward, it is possible to tax you when get a specific amount of  res , and will do it for all payouts until there...Is just my opinion, and i have no proof for it.

I have not found a good way to track the bank. Is there a link anywhere or a way to create a spreadsheet. I have found calculators that work, even designed my own because I did not find a good calculator for defensive BGs. The offensive ones work well.

You have to use the troop resource value.  BG payouts are based on value, not power (1 mil offense in dragons has about twice the res value as the same power in pikemen, so using res value instead of power can make a big difference.  Also, you should actually track your banking.  Just estimating what you put in usually ends up being incorrect and getting you confused.

I created my own...A simple Xcel where i put all types of troops and the resources value for each, then a total column for killed units an a total column for payouts. After each BG put the numbers in that xcel and give me a total. It work good for me.

What i dont know, is the amount of tax. So i always put more resources in bank that i need for the level wich i choose to kill....

Lords and Ladies, please remember that all Units (including different modifications) count when you raid Battlegrounds. However, please keep in mind that the actual Unit value may differ from your expectations and the info provided by other players in different spreadsheets.

BG's will not always pay out when you want or expect them to sometimes if you get a small reward you can reload that reward and clear another eventually it will pay ....

You used to be able to control your banking and payouts but you can no longer do it that way you have to take the gamble and wait for the payout - when it does STOP rebuild some more resource troops

One thing that is important is to remember to  stop once you hit your multiplier. A bg will always give you a "Reward" say 20-40% of what was killed in that bg. Then it will give you a compensate reward. Such as 90%-100% of what you first started with hitting bgs. Also multipliers will usually be pure O or D.... VERY RARE to see both come out on a multiplier. Hope this helps
