anyway, alts are 90% of the problems in this game, no response by Plarium tells all
Pretty well sums it up.
It turned into a everyone does it. Some does it more than others (way more than others), because there never been any consequence of having them.
If you start look at leadership in guilds around the game, you will see its very common they sit on a lot of accounts. Not necessary alts they created, but players that left the game, gave away their account (Probably an awfull lot of work to keep track of all and growing them though).
Some use alts for infiltration and spying, others for scroll aid, resources and so on, then there is those that have several alts to boost them in tournaments with staged fights and so on.
As I see it the problem is not so much the alts, as all the bots out there. Alts is in one way or the other played and more or less active. Biggest problem is;
a) bots. They don't care if you raid them siege them or whatever, they just sitting there being used as "easy raids". The most you can hope for is some angry mail from a guy that use them as fife when you raid one. bots lessen the need for player interaction, which is bad.
b) dead and inactive castles. Pritty much the same as bots, they just play down interaction between players too.
My guess is, if you over night removed all alts in this game, you would destroy quite a few of the top leagues in the process. Several times when we raised def for members in the league, we been told that the attacker is the alt of so and so person in the attacking league. If such is common knowledge within leagues in this game, its pritty much a given that Plarium is turning the blind side to it.
Would be better if they just allowed the use of alts to help increase player interation in the game. Then focus on remove bots and inactive castles. Put inactive castles in limbo state, and just re-assign them some random lot when they get active again.
