Hello


Yesterday I sent a support request, no confirmation email was received, so same request was resent today - Again no confirmation.

Tried to sign in to the support centre with my email & password - did not work. Requested a  password reset - No reset link was received.

& yes my email was entered correctly. Now what?

check and be sure u are using this link: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

and once inside  please check u are filling all fields and more important you are saying ur coordinates on game in this way x: number y: number

try once more and tell me if it works yet

Followed your link - all fields were filled & coords double checked. 

But still no confirmation email.


Edit - And yes I checked my spam folder

im a bit confused. just send a ticket to see if all works normally and i have just received the mail confirmation

so please try to send it again choosing ur server correctly and double check all fields and then check all ur mail folders or u can try using another mail acount if u have another

if i receive further info i will let u know
