2 Questions about fortess!

hiya coummunity

i have 2 questions

if our fortress is level 7 and our knowledge is on the maximum level for level 7 if someone downgrade it we lose our knowledge level?

example, level 7 fortess gives you the chance reach level 7 cavalary deffense ,if you have level 7 the cavalary deffense and someone downgrade our fortress we lose the level of cavalary deffense?

second question is about glory point collection.

the game says participate in tournament to collect them.

fine,we have a big league that take parts on pvp bgs contest etc and after of 7 tournanents we have banked only 40 glory points from a battleground contest ,wgats going on?nobody used them the last thing we did is upgrade our fortress and spent 12000 point to upgrade our fortress and now after of many tournament we have 40 glory points what is going on why our glory points collection is blocked and at the same time we participate in tournaments?

They only give 1 person the glory point (and tomes reward). Utterly stupid and defies the whole point of it being a league effort to level (the only league thing about it is that it takes league participation to accumulate rewards in league quests - although they are all extremely easy for a large well run league).
The current mechanic is therefore realistically sapphire only content. But then you have already spent a lot of sapphires already so maybe coining some more isn't a big problem for you.

This is being looked into and hopefully sorted out very shortly,

ah that make sense about knowledge levels

i didnt catch this you said for the glory points,as i know it is about participate in tournaments and not only collected by one and we are stickted in 40 glory for many weeks while we take part on the tournaments,nobody used glory points and i dont understand whats going on,if is technicall ,when a league participate in pvps and quest should take points according to the instructions why we are stickted in 40 points :(
