A lot of bugs

First of all I can not create any mara amulets again - the game displays that I have reached my limit even though im only at 110k and my limit is 270k.

I can't activate dragon bonuses, click 10 times, reopen the dragon altar and it's not working.

After defeating a monster in dragon stone  the game displays errors.

Pictures of castles on the maps do not load, I can't use the caravan trick to send resources to raided castle - even if they load, very often i point my cursor over the castle and it does not display the menu form which I can choose raid, siege etc.

I can not zoom out or in my castle view.

There is a "1" digit next to the amount of troops you want to produce and can not be deleted - therefore I can't type in e.g. 50 or 6 - I have to use the slider.

Game freezes all the time. Sometimes I can't move around the map.

I tried to report these bugs, but they told me they will to use VPN while playing and go to forums.

It only helps the forum mod, who passes the buck.

Funny that when In suggestions area the suggestion That having amulets limits  posted in the warehouse the same as the Iron and gold limits are it was stated By You I believe (Eugenia) that there is No point Or reason for that change . This is the reason the Change should be Made to The Game so it Can acknowledge the Parameters of the Warehouse !!!  here is the post you decried http://prntscr.com/exuqgj

I would suggest either resubmitting the Suggestion with the complaints here in Bug Reports or writing to Oberon and requesting a review. Please do not challenge Eugenia in the Forums. You are coming very close to being banned for breaking Forum rules. Use Private Messages to Oberon or Eugenia to get a better answer if you think your Suggestion did not get the appropriate evaluation.

if many players are reporting the same bug then its not an isolated incident so yes it is pointless to have this topic thread if the mods and community manager are not going to assist us and just tell us to submit a ticket


this is probably why you had to change support providers because you aren't willing to determine what is a server issue or a player issue and just send it all to support 


eliminate the middle man and submit server issues directly to the devs we should not have to submit many tickets for the same issue 


and as I suggested before a Dev could check this thread once per day and mods or cm's would not have to do a thing there are not that many new posts in a day that it would take more than 10 minutes of one person's time to check this topic thread

Forum moderators don't have direct access to the devs.  Support tickets don't go to the devs either, they go to a support department who then considers the issue and decides whether to pass it to the devs. 

The best we can do is tell the community managers when an issue comes up.

The point of this Forum is to inform us of the bug you've spotted, yes. However, there are several possible options here.

Option 1: It's not a bug. Then Moderators or other players will inform you of how it actually works and will let you know that your issue is not related to bugs.

Option 2: It seems to be a bug, and a CM can easily reproduce it on a test account. Then the issue will be reported to devs directly.

Option 3: It seems to be a bug, but a CM cannot reproduce it on a test account. In that case you will need to report this issue to our Support Team. Together with our QA they will find a way to reproduce the issue and pass it to devs.
